Shooting Star: +10 points if shot; lose 1 heart if it hits the spaceship.
Van Gogh Ear: +20 points if shot; +10 points if it hits spaceship.
Einstein Bulb: +20 points if shot; +10 points if it hits the spaceship.
Marijuana: Slows down spaceship movement by 50% for 6 seconds if shot; -10 points if it hits the spaceship.
LSD: Doubles spaceship speed if shot; -10 points if it hits the spaceship.
Heart: You start with 5 hearts. Lose 1 if hit by a Shooting Star.
